Peanut's story
There is really nothing about Peanut that correlates with his name except maybe that most people love peanuts; we think when you meet Peanut the kitty you will love him too. This handsome boy had a home, but it turned out it wasnt a good fit for him. So, Peanut is back at OAR trying again to find that forever home that he longs for. He is quite the handsome chap with his super soft and thick gray fur. At the rescue he likes to spend considerable time on the screened-in porch watching birds and all the outdoor activities; he likes the top lookout shelf. Just call his name and he comes down to greet you just hoping you will pet and scratch his ears and chin. He does lay in your lap for pets, but only until something more important or exciting comes up that he needs to inquire about. Peanut LOVES catnip toys and becomes a very silly boy. We think you will find Peanut a mellow fellow, quite friendly, and just plain delightful. Please plan a trip to OAR very soon and you be the judge. We think you will give him a 10.
